FVH Awards A Voucher For Vnd 15 Million To Survey Winner

On July 18, Ms Tran Thi My Dung and her daughter received a VND 15 voucher to buy home appliances at Dien May Xanh. This is a reward for participating in a survey on FVH’s service quality in the second quarter of 2018.

FVH conducts a quarterly survey on the quality of its patient services in collaboration with Cimigo, a market research organisation. Ms My Dung was the lucky participant selected via lucky draw. Despite having to travel a distance of 170 km from Can Tho City to HCMC, My Dung and her daughter were still excited about their prize. She said:

“The smiles of the staff are the most special things which differentiate FVH from other hospitals. FVH healthcare services are impeccable so I always consider it my second home”

Ms My Dung gave birth to her daughter at FVH. Her whole family has used the hospital’s services since its establishment in 2003. My Dung also registered for membership cards for all her family members to enjoy special promotions.

Surprised and happy to learn she was the winner, My Dung also contributed critical feedback, saying that she would prefer to have more membership benefits. Responding to My Dung’s comments, Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc, FVH Marketing Department’s representative, said: “FVH appreciates its customers’ feedback and recommendations. The membership programme will be upgraded to satisfy our customers’ needs.”

Everyone at FVH would like to send our wholehearted congratulations to Ms Tran Thi My Dung on winning the VND15 million voucher and thanks her and all of our other customers for their comments and suggestions on how we can improve the quality of services offered at FVH.

FVH’s service quality survey is conducted quarterly in collaboration with market research organisation Cimigo. One participant will be chosen at random by lucky draw. This programme is designed to gather customer feedback on FVH’s healthcare services, helping the hospital to constantly improve the quality of its patient experience.
