RECEPTIONIST/CASHIER
General Purpose Of The Position:
The primary function is to make people feel welcome to FV. Must be efficient and be able to deal professionally and courteously with enquiries either in face-to-face situations or by phone.
Activities include welcoming patients and relatives as they arrive, collate and compute all bills for payment by cash, by cheque or by credit card, maintain accurate accounting of petty cash, and help patients/relatives with any special requests.
Requirements:
- Qualification: University degree (major in foreign language/hospitality management,.etc…)
- Experience: An accounting background will be advantageous.
- Foreign language(s): Speaking good French and/or English would be an advantage.
