FV Awards the Quality Service Survey Lucky Draw for Quarter 2/2022

The lucky draw from the FV Hospital Quality Service Survey in the 2nd quarter of 2022 has been awarded. In mid-July, Ms Nguyen Minh Trang, a patient living in Ho Chi Minh City, came to receive the lucky draw prize at the Customer Service Department.

Ms Minh Trang said that she was very surprised when she received the notice from FV staff, and at the same time she felt really satisfied with the hospital’s customer care service. “In addition to the clean and beautiful space, and the friendly medical staff, the programmes like this also bring joy to customers”.

Many members of Ms Trang’s family choose FV as their preferred provider for medical examination and treatment. She also believes in FV from the first years the hospital came into operation. Ms Trang said: “My family and I moved house a few times, although sometimes far away from FV Hospital, when we need health care, our family still prioritises FV”. Besides sharing with sincere suggestions, Ms Trang also gave special thanks and compliments to the doctors who previously successfully helped treat her and her family.

With the lucky and surprised reward just received, Ms Trang has not yet planned how to use it. She said she would definitely recommend FV to everyone, in recognition for the good care that she and her family have received at FV. Once again, FV Hospital would like to congratulate Ms Nguyen Minh Trang, and also thank her and her family for the devotion she and her family have shown to FV.

The FV Hospital Service Quality Survey is organised quarterly with in collaboration with Cimigo. The programme aims to help FV Hospital receive reviews from customers who have been using health care services at FV. Thereby, FV will improve its services and provide the best experience to patients during treatment. After each quarter, FV uses the survey data for a random lucky draw. The draw that is worth 15 million VND is always a surprise for many customers.
