To provide valuable malnutrition & oral health care information to our staff and patients, FV Hospital organises the “Malnutrition & Oral Health Care Awareness Week 2024” programme from 16th – 20nd September 2024. This is a special occasion for all staff, patients, and their families to connect, share, and participate in important activities to enhancing knowledge about balanced and appropriate nutrition to combat malnutrition in the community, as well as learning correct oral care.
Throughout the Awareness Week, FV Hospital will organise various engaging and practical activities such as CME Training Programme, poster creation contest, food contest and food fair to help everyone prevent and improve nutritional and oral health. Join and share to gain a deeper understanding of comprehensive healthcare knowledge for patients, yourself, and your family!
- Poster creation contest along the theme “Malnutrition & Oral Health Care” taking place from 14:00 to 17:00 on 16th September 2024, in the Auditorium, 3rd floor, F Building, FV Hospital
- CME Training Programme with titled “Comprehensive Nutritional and Oral Health Care” taking place from 13:30 to 16:00 on 18th September 2024, in the Auditorium, 3rd floor, F Building, FV Hospital
- Food contest themed “Preparing Snack for Malnourished People” from 12:30 to 16:00 on 20th September, Elevator lobby, 3rd floor, F Building, FV Hospital
- “FV Food Fair” from 11:00 to 16:00 on 20th September, 2024, Terrace, 3rd floor, F Building, FV Hospital
- Cooking instructions section from FV Bistro’s chef with the tasty and nutritious dish “Grilled seabass with Teriyaki sauce, served with five-colored rice and steamed vegetables” from 12:00 to 12:30 on 20th September, 2024, Elevator lobby, 3rd floor, F Building, FV Hospital
- Additionally, to help reduce malnutrition rates and improve treatment outcomes, the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) is also organising a series of free online webinars for its members, including FV Hospital. Detailed information about the webinars will be communicated via email by the FV Hospital Human Resources Department.
