In celebration of Patient Safety Week, which will be held from 16-20th September with the theme “Improving Diagnosis for Patient Safety”, the Quality Management Department will organise a photo contest with a patient safety commitment slogan. This competition will help staff raise awareness of the importance of improving diagnostics in the safe and effective healthcare process.
How to Participate:
Step 1: Form a team of at least 5 members, along with a pre-designed patient safety commitment slogan on A3 or A4 paper.
Step 2: Take a photo at the event booth with the commitment slogan and post the image on your personal Facebook account during the event from 10:00 AM on 16th September 2024 to 4:00 PM on 20th September 2024, including 2 hashtags: #FVHospital #PatientSafetyWeek2024
Step 3: Set the post to public.
Judging Criteria:
The contest organisers will select 3 winning teams based on the following criteria.
- Number of likes on the post (35%)
- Content of the patient safety commitment slogan (35%)
- Presentation of the image (30%)
Prize Structure:
- One 1st Prize: Cash award of 1,000,000 VND
- Two 2nd Prizes: Cash award of 500,000 VND for each prizes
Announcement Time:
- The winners will be announced at the Middle Management Meeting in October 2024, with prizes awarded shortly thereafter.
