Dear Valued Patients and Customers,
We are pleased to announce that, from 15th October 2024, the hospital’s parking lot has officially resumed operation to serve our patients and visitors. For your convenience, parking services will be free of charge for the first 24 hours from the time of entry.
However, for vehicles parked beyond the initial 24 hours, a management fee will be applied (with a documented receipt):
- Motorbikes: 100,000 VND per 24 hours
- Cars: 300,000 VND per 24 hours
(Any parking exceeding the specified time from 1 hour to 24 hours will incur a fee of 100,000 VND for motorbikes and 300,000 VND for cars.)
Additional information:
- In certain cases, such as patients admitted to the hospital for 24 hours or family members, staying to provide care over several days, following verification by the Guest Relations Department any overdue parking fees to be waived.
- These regulations are printed on the signage at the parking lot and also on the parking ticket so that vehicle owner is informed in advance.
- For cars, when the parking ticket is issued, security will inform staff to avoid incurring management fees as per regulations. If a vehicle is parked for more than 24 hours, security will record this and lock the car’s wheels. In this case, the driver needs to contact the parking security to resolve the fee according to regulations.
- For motorbikes, parking information is recorded via the parking ticket, so issues regarding late parking fees will be addressed at the parking security checkpoint.
- FV Hospital is not responsible for any loss or damage to accessories, or belongings within the vehicle.
