FV Hospital Service Quality Survey Winner Q3/2024: Celebrating Our Lucky Prize Recipient

The lucky winner of the FV Hospital Service Quality Survey Program for Q3/2024 is Mr. Stephen S., a consultant in renewable energy based in Vung Tau, where he lives with his family. On October 15th, he visited FV Hospital to receive his prize of 15 million VND from the program.

Despite his busy work schedule, Mr. Stephen consistently prioritizes his personal health care. Having lived in Vietnam for over 16 years, he regularly visits FV for general health check-ups, with a focus on cardiovascular health. His most memorable experience at FV, however, was his recent phaco cataract surgery. He also commended Dr. Vo Le Khanh Hung for his expertise and dedicated care.

Not only was Mr. Stephen impressed by the outcome of what he described as a “wonderful” surgery, but he also highly valued the quality of care at FV Hospital. “I like FV because it’s very professional here, meeting international standards, and the doctors are all very competent. I think FV is better than foreign hospitals because the treatment at FV is reasonably priced, and I don’t have to wait too long for an appointment. Abroad, I might have to wait up to a month to see a doctor, and the treatment costs are much higher,” he shared, reflecting on his years of experience with FV.

Upon receiving the prize notification from the survey program, Mr. Stephen revealed that both he and his family were pleasantly surprised and delighted. He remarked, “I thought it would be very difficult to win any kind of prize. So, this program made me very satisfied and brought a big surprise.”

FV Hospital conducts its Service Quality Survey quarterly in partnership with Cimigo to gather feedback from customers who have used or are currently using healthcare services at FV Hospital. This feedback plays a crucial role in enhancing service quality to ensure the best possible experience for patients throughout their treatment. At the end of each quarter, FV also holds a lucky draw based on the survey responses, where one lucky participant wins a 15 million VND shopping voucher.
