To improve service quality and provide greater convenience for patients travelling from distant areas, starting 18th November 2024, FV Hospital’s Gastroenterology & Hepatology and Cardiology & Interventional Cardiology Departments will begin patient intake at 7 am, one hour earlier than before. Both departments will now offer continuous consultations throughout the day without a lunch break.
Effective implementation of this change has been ensured through close coordination among all department staff – including doctors, nurses, medical secretaries, and cashiers. Relevant departments have promptly arranged personnel and procedures to fully support the new consultation schedule.
This decision reflects FV Hospital’s ongoing commitment to expanding patient intake and treatment capabilities to meet the community’s growing healthcare needs, particularly for those travelling from remote provinces. The extended hours also aim to ease peak-time congestion and enhance the overall patient experience at FV Hospital.
