The carol performances have become a beloved tradition of the Christmas season at FV, filling the space with heartfelt melodies and emotional charm. From late November to December, these sweet and soulful tunes infused the festive season with warmth and vitality, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

The enchanting carol performances by volunteer choir groups from international schools, the romantic melodies of the piano, and heartfelt performances by professional artists created a spirit of togetherness at FV — uniting patients, their families, and all staff. Each note carries a message of peace and strengthens the bonds within the FV community. Together with the sparkling holiday décor, these performances offered a truly memorable and heartwarming experience.

The Christmas fair, a standout highlight of FV’s festive celebrations, brought a lively and vibrant atmosphere to the scenic Terrace Garden on December 20th. With nearly 30 booths showcasing a wide range of unique items – ranging from clothing and accessories, gifts, handicrafts, and gourmet treats. It was more than just a place for FV staff, patients, and families to find meaningful gifts; it was a chance to soak in the warm, colourful Christmas spirit and create cherished memories during the holiday season.

Santa Claus and FV Elves Spread Joy with Christmas Gifts for Children
On the morning of December 24th, the Christmas spirit at FV came alive with the arrival of Santa Claus, charming elves, and a cheerful clown. They brought delightful gifts — the cute Labubu doll and fun-shaped balloons to children in the Lobby and in both Inpatient and Outpatient Paediatrics Departments.

The bright smiles of the children made the Christmas atmosphere at FV even warmer and filled with love. They not only delivered gifts, but also took the time to chat with the parents, bringing joy and hope as a heartfelt wish for the children’s speedy recovery.

Delicious, sophisticated, and meticulously prepared dishes by the team of chefs and staff at FV Bistro & Café de Paris brought the true flavours of Christmas to the festive meals at FV and for families during the holiday season. Each dish was crafted with care, from the ingredients to the preparation, offering everyone a memorable culinary experience. This year, the menu was available starting in early December, with a wider variety of dishes and delightful surprises, thanks to FV’s thoughtful preparations for the end-of-year holiday season.
Though the end of 2024 may be chilly, FV radiates warmth and an indescribable sense of peace. Every Christmas activity carries a message of love and heartfelt sharing.
