FV hands responsibility of cuisine in Hospital to Aden company

 

With its primary aim being focused on providing the highest medical care, FV Hospital will now be handing over all responsibility surrounding food & beverage services, including the Inpatient Ward, to Aden Vietnam Company. This will commence from 1/11/2019.

From December 2019, the canteen on the 1st-floor will be closed temporarily so that it can be upgraded. In that time, patients, relatives and customers will be able to purchase food and drinks at the Café de Paris or Gift Shop on the ground floor in FV Hospital.

Aden Vietnam has gained more than 20 years of experience in food services in Vietnam as well as many other Asian countries.

Through their specialized experience in food management, Aden company will implement numerous changes, including; upgrading the kitchen and refectory, and introduce new culinary styles for meals for patients, staff and customers at FV.

Several times a year, this Michelin* Chef will visit FVH to ensure a high level of food quality.

In particular, the Michelin starred Chef will collaborate with FV’s nutritionists to build a new specialised menu. He will come to FV periodically to ensure the quality of the menu is at its best. In addition, chefs from 5-star hotels who were recruited by Aden will supervise the operation of the kitchen every day.
