FV Awards VND15 Million Voucher in Its Quality Services Survey Lucky Draw, Fourth Quarter 2020

Lucky customer Mr Tran Ngoc Quy has won the fourth quarter 2020 prize for FV Hospital’s quality service survey programme, a voucher valued at VND 15 million. When receiving the award at the FV’s Guest Relations Department, Mr Ngoc Quy commented how happy he is with FV’s customer service. He said: “I am very surprised to receive this voucher. The customer programmes here are amazing!”

Mr Quy is an executive director of a footwear manufacturer. Due to the nature of his work, he pays great attention to the quality of service and working style of employees at other businesses. Mr Quy noted: “I can give the service at FV nine points out of 10. The hospital’s processes are extremely well managed and I appreciate the excellence of staff training given at FV Hospital.” Other members of Mr Quy’s family are also FV customers who use health check-up and medical screening programmes as they find that FV Hospital fully satisfies their medical examination and treatment needs.

He plans to gift the VND 15 million voucher to his factory employees as a way of thanking them for their work, and to illustrate the quality of service and customer appreciation at FV Hospital. Mr Quy said that sharing the gift would also add a little fun to the end of the year.
