The First Lucky Customer in 2021 wins VND 15 Million in the FV Hospital Service Quality Survey Lucky Draw

Loyal customer Luong Thuc Linh, HCMC, has won a VND 15 million voucher for electronic products in the FV Hospital Service Quality Survey lucky draw. This was the first award for 2021, conferred following completion of the survey in the first quarter.

Receiving her voucher at the Customer Service Department, FV Hospital, Ms Thuc Linh shared her surprise about the programme. “When I heard the announcement, I thought it was a joke. It was only when the staff said that I could visit the Customer Service Department on my follow-up visit that I believed it was real!” Ms Thuc Linh is currently monitoring her treatment progress so that she can assess the quality of medical care offered at FV. Generally, she says the hospital has fully met her needs.

Ms Linh remembered writing a few suggestions to improve the hospital’s quality and did not think that her suggestions would be rewarded. She added: “The service at the hospital is so good. I just added a few more suggestions regarding booking of appointments. I did not think I would be lucky enough to win anything!” Sincere comments from customers like Ms Thuc Linh will help FV to continuously improve its healthcare services.

The FV Hospital Survey on service quality takes place quarterly in partnership with Cimigo. The programme aims to help FV Hospital receive feedback from customers who have been using healthcare services at FV. Thereby, FV will improve its services and ensure the patients have the best possible experience during treatment.
