Every year, the Board of Directors will hold the FV Open Tennis Tournament 2014. The tennis tournament promotes solidarity and the chance to connect with new associates, as well as strengthening relationships between our staff and doctors from FV and other hospitals, the sponsors who have accompanied with us in our journey, and our guests and VIP membership holders who have placed their great trust in FV Hospital and chosen us as their healthcare provider.
It is our great pleasure and honour to invite you to participate in the FV Open Tennis Tournament 2014, either as a competition player or sponsor.
TIME & DATE: Sunday, 8:00-14:00 on 27th April 2014.
FOR INDIVIDUAL, BUSINESS AND ENTERPRISE SPONSORS
When supporting or financing the tournament, sponsors will receive the following benefits:
1. Your name and/or logo of your enterprise or business will be featured on the banners in the tournament.
2. If you offer the necessary level of support, your advertisement posters and flyers will be circulated in the hospital. The name and/or logo enterprises or businesses that offer the greater sponsorship will be displayed more prominently over:
- Our newsletter ‘Healthy Living with FV’ and internal newsletters with a circulation of 14,600 copies per quarter
- FV Hospital’s Facebook page, which has 37,800 viewers
- FV Hospital’s website, which has an average of 35,000 views per month.
3. Sponsors are entitled to enter two players into the competition. Contestants will follow FV Open Tennis Tournament 2014’s rules and be partnered with their doubles players by the board of organisation in the lot draw.
FOR PARTICIPANTS:
The tennis tournament is open to staff, doctors from FV Hospital and other local hospitals, our VIP Membership holders, and sponsors. The Board of Organisation will give every athlete one hat and one T-shirt. By taking part in the competition, you will have the chance to express your own sporting strength, challenge yourself and win fantastic prizes.

Champion Couple: Cup + voucher valued of 6.000.000 VND per each
2nd couple: Cup + voucher valued of 3.000.000 VND per each
3rd Couple: Cup + voucher valued of 2.000.000 VND per each
Fair-player Couple: Cup + voucher valued of 2.000.000 VND per each

Registration to participate in the FV Open Tennis Tournament 2013 is open from now until 10 April 2014.
After receiving your registration details, we will compile a list of male and female players. The Board of Organisation will have a meeting to discuss the rules and schedule of the tournament (please refer to attached Planning Scheme and Regulations of FV Open Tennis 2014).
