Dr. Jacques Bontemps graduated from the anaesthesia and resuscitation faculty at the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium and has over 30 years of experience in the discipline of pain treatment. He is also a leading expert in applying the most innovative pain treatment techniques, such as high radiofrequency, injection under ultrasound guidance and X-ray in the treatment of chronic pain and spinal problems. Since 2005, Prof. Jacques Bontemps has partnered with Dr. Thai Thi Hoa to establish FV Pain Clinic. Every year he visits FVH to work and transfer advanced techniques in pain treatment to doctors at FVH, such as high radiofrequency to treat chronic low back and neck pain, peripheral neuropathy, sciatica and herniated disc pain.
