Iron deficiency anaemia not only causes fatigue, reduced work performance, and a decline in quality of life but if not detected and treated promptly, can also lead to serious complications affecting women’s health. The continuous medical training session on “Iron Deficiency Anemia – Impact on Women’s Health,” presented by Dr Lee Chun Tsu, Consultant at the Centre of Clinical Haematology – Singapore, will focus on iron deficiency anaemia, a common health issue often not given adequate attention in women.
