DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
General Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROI, CTR, conversions, and engagement rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the web master and marcom editor team to ensure website content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
- Create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and website blogs in collaboration with the editor team.
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and relevant communication.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Insights.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and grow the hospital’s social media presence by posting engaging content and responding to followers.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to enhance social media strategies.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and design teams to deliver cohesive and visually appealing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and strategies.
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related fields.
- 2+ years experience in equal position.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or related industries
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics and campaign tracking methods.
- Stay updated on social media trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with KOL/KOC network to engage FV brand
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
