HOSPITALITY SERVICES MANAGER
General Job Description
Oversee all aspects of FVH hospitality services, from guest relations, front office operations, interpretation, food and beverage management, linen and housekeeping to, cleaning and security services.
Lead a team for:
- Providing guidance, training and support to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures and standards to enhance guest satisfaction, streamline operations and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers and partners to ensure quality services.
- Managing guest feedback and resolving complaints or issues.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality management at up-scale foreign establishments
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Strong leadership and organisational skills to manage a diverse team and ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff and vendors.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
