MEDICAL VISITOR TEAM LEADER

General Job Description
  • To achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales budget allocated by BDM in the designated team, and territories.
  • To build up, strengthen and manage customer relationship at high level: head of department, board of management of hospitals.
  • To provide on the job coaching & make dual visit to dedicated Medical Visitors.
  • To assist cross MV team to execute strategic specialties.
  • To consult BDM building up strategic specialties Go To Market plan.
  • To deploy Go To Market plan of strategic specialties assigned.
  • To visit Doctor accounts regularly to ensure that engagement and relationship is strengthened.
  • To assess new business opportunity and giving recommendation to BDM for expansion.
  • To conduct market intelligence report via competitors move update and action plan propose to BDM.

Qualification: University’s degree in Pharmacauticals

Experience: At least 5 years of experience working as a Pharmaceutical Representative, including 2 years in a team management role.

Skills and knowledge:

  • Good communication and good relationship with dotors
  • Ability to visit customer, to go to business
  • Management skills
  • PC skills

Foreign language(s): Fluent in English
