General Job Description
– Developing & creating social video content for FV Hospital
– Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop video content ideas aligned with the hospital’s branding and campaigns.
– Stay updated on social media trends and adapt video styles to maximize engagement
– Plan, organize, and conduct on-site video shoots at the hospital, including patient testimonials, staff interviews, and event coverage.
– Manage video equipment and ensure optimal lighting, sound, and framing during shoots.
– Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
– Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and music to enhance the storytelling experience
– Optimize videos for specific platforms and ensure proper formatting, quality, and length.
General Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Communication, or related fields.
– 2+ years experience in equal position.
– At least 2 years of experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio of social media content.
– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) or video platform (Canva, Capcut Pro)
– Strong skills in filming techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
– A strong sense of storytelling and attention to detail.
– Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with a diverse team.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and trend
