FV Hospital has launched the corporate social responsibility campaign “My Trusted Story” to support treatment costs for underprivileged children through the Children of Vietnam Charitable Fund. The programme encourages the community to share real experiences about their treatment journeys at FV Hospital. For every story submitted, the hospital will contribute $1 USD to the Children of Vietnam Charitable Fund. This is an opportunity for everyone to come together and spread love and support to these little warriors on their journey back to normal life.
The journey alongside patients has never been easy. Every treatment process is a challenging battle, not only for the patients themselves but also for the dedicated doctors at FV Hospital.

For every comment about your experience shared, FV will donate $1 USD to the Children of Vietnam Charitable Fund. This fund supports the treatment costs for young “warriors,” helping them overcome illnesses and disabilities and quickly return to a normal life.
1. Timeline: From 01st August, 2024, until 11:59 PM on 30th September, 2024
2. Fundraising method:
For each comment reviewed about the service at FV Hospital after the announcing post of “Sharing My Trusted Story” CSR campaign on FV Hospital’s official fan page at the link here, FV Hospital will donate 1 USD to the Children of Vietnam Charitable Fund to support free treatment for underprivileged children.
3. Terms: Share a genuine experience that you or your family has experienced during the treatment process at FV Hospital – 6 Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
4. Conditions:
- Each comment must be a true story directly related to the treatment process at FV Hospital of you or your family.
- Each comment must be at least 50 characters long to be recognised. Shares lacking informative value (e.g., “FV Hospital is very good, I like FV Hospital a lot, …”) will not be recorded.
5. Conversion:
- Each valid and recognised comment will be converted into 1 USD.
- FV Hospital will compile and officially announce the total contribution amount on our fan page at the link: https://www.facebook.com/FVHospitalHCM/.
6. Other Terms and Conditions:
- Participants in the programme agree to allow the programme to use their stories and images for communication purposes during the programme period.
- Shared stories must be genuine and culturally appropriate. Individuals sharing stories within the programme are responsible for their authenticity. Any misuse of the programme for attacks, intentional disruption, or advertising other products will result in comment deletion without prior notice.
- Recognised shared stories will be confirmed by FV through replies to comments and direct contact via inbox with the storyteller.
- Individuals/organisations exploiting the programme for harmful, fraudulent, or subversive purposes will have their information forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
- Participants in the programme are obligated to read and voluntarily participate in accordance with the rules.
- In case of disputes or disagreements, FV’s decision will be final.
