Flag lowered at FV in memory of France terror attack victims

The flag has been lowered at FV Hospital in memory of the victims of July 14 Nice terror attack. The decision was made by the hospital’s management.

More than 80 people were killed Thursday night when a large truck plowed through a Bastille Day crowd in Nice, southern France, in what French President Francois Hollande called a terror attack.

Leaders around the world have denounced the brutal incident.
