On 12th December 2024, FV Hospital and MCV Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in FV’s Auditorium. This collaboration represents a major milestone in improving medical communication and training. It sets the stage for innovative methods of delivering accurate and trustworthy medical information to the community via the Doctor Network digital platform.

During the ceremony, Ms Nguyen Thi Le Thu, Marketing and Business Development Director at FV Hospital, expressed her optimism about this collaboration. She stated, “This partnership represents FV’s commitment to bringing information closer to patients while helping the community better understand the values FV offers, including top-tier medical expertise, state-of-the-art technology, and internationally accredited healthcare services.”

According to the agreement, MCV Group will collaborate with FV Hospital to produce over 400 pieces of content for the Doctor Network platform. This platform will also serve as a media hub for FV’s communication channels, including FVTV (YouTube, TikTok, Reels), as well as FV’s official social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. A key feature of this collaboration includes the joint organization of online CME training courses and the creation of a specialized medical library. Additionally, doctors will gain access to the AI-integrated Doctor Assistant tool, offering a convenient and scientific approach to enhancing their professional expertise.

He emphasised the importance of providing accurate and trustworthy content in an era where people increasingly rely on online health information. “I believe FV is the ideal partner to collaborate with in delivering valuable and scientifically reliable information to the community,” said Mr Nghia.

Additionally, Mr Nghia expressed his admiration for FV Hospital’s compassionate subsidy programme, which has supported millions of patients over the past 20 years. Moreover, he highlighted that treatment costs at FV are approximately 50% lower than other hospitals of similar quality in Southeast Asia. “Many of our clients have sought treatment abroad at significantly higher costs. I think it’s truly unfortunate if people are unaware of FV’s exceptionally reasonable treatment costs and continue to endure the challenges of seeking care overseas,” Mr Nghia remarked.
During the signing ceremony, Dr Huynh Huu Danh, Specialist Level I and a representative of FV Hospital’s medical team, shared his insights, drawing on his previous collaboration with Doctor Network. He stated, “The professionalism of Doctor Network helps bridge the gap between patients and the hospital, bringing medical advancements closer to patients and providing accurate information on cutting-edge medical techniques. This empowers the community to make more informed decisions about their treatment options.” He further emphasized that one of the major challenges today is the public’s limited access to modern medical techniques, often caused by a lack of information and hesitancy rooted in incomplete health knowledge.
