FV Hospital will hold Patient Safety Week from 12 to 23 March 2018 to reinforce knowledge of safety behaviors and increase engagement in promoting a safe culture. This activity also highlights the renewal of our commitment to patient safety as we move towards the Triennial JCI 2019 reaccreditation. The activities on this event will enhance teamwork and at the same time will bring fun and excitement to all staff of FV!
The fun activities and contests are as follows: Best JCI Video Clip; Best Patient Safety Photo; Best Commitment Tagline/Slogan; Scavenger Hunt, Room of Errors, Brown Bag Lunch Sessions , Online Patient Safety Pop Quiz and Best Participating Department.
