FV’s representative Office within Cambodia relocates to accommodate demand

Every year, FV Hospital welcomes nearly 1,000 new customers from Cambodia to Vietnam for medical examination and treatment in compliance with international standards. For the purpose of facilitating for the increase in the amount of customers, from the 14^th of February, 2020, the FV Hospital Representative Office in Cambodia officially moved to a new location – 5th floor, Legacy Business Building, No. 29, Mao Zedong Avenue, Phnom Penh.
Located in a bustling location on Mao Zedong Boulevard, customers can easily find the FV Hospital Representative Office, situated in a contemporary building. After parking in the basement, the office can be found via the elevator on the 5th floor. Customers will benefit from a new, larger space, yet with the same comfort, modern facilities and welcoming staff. Once completing the registration, guests will be invited to the waiting room to relax, read books and medical information, and watch video clips of new services at FV Hospital. Customers will then be guided to a private clinic for advice on their health.

Medical services available at the FV Hospital Representative Office include:

• Providing information about FV Hospital, such as doctor information, new services and activities of the hospital.
• Providing health care services, such as membership programme, general health check packages, among others.
• Customer health status examination.
• Support for the examination and treatment process at FV Hospital in Vietnam. This involves; arranging appointments with the doctor on request, returning examination results, translating medical information into Cambodian on demand, among others.
• Support for financial issues related to FV Hospital, including transfer service.
• Support for the process of moving from Cambodia to Vietnam, including; medical records, procedures for passport and visa, and transportation and accommodation during medical examination.
• Support for emergency cases, such as ambulance service, doctor and nurse escort by ambulance, among others.
