This background laid the foundation for his approach to medicine. Training in New York City, often considered the epicenter of psychiatry in the United States, and attending conferences by the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Dr. Thuc honed his approach to methodically treat psychiatric illnesses.
