This is an important part of ensuring safety for your treatment when hospital staff verified if right treatment and medication is given to right person. 01 We will place an identification armband on you when you are hospitalised, when receiving treatment in the emergency department or in day care areas 02 We will check your identity whenever we perform a treatment, a procedure, give medication or collect specimen 03 We will check your identity by asking your full name as well as your date of birth For every process if you have not been asked for your identification, please inform our staff immediately Your identification is important for your own safety.
