Holding a Specialization Degree Level I in Internal Medicine, Dr Phuc completed advanced fellowships in Echocardiography and Cardiac Arrhythmia Management, as well as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support training.With nearly a decade of service at a major specialised hospital, Dr Phuc held key positions including Senior Consultant in the Interventional Cardiology Unit and Acting Head of the Emergency Department.
