Dr Do Tuong Huan graduated as a General Medical Doctor from HCMC University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 1998, subsequently earning Specialisation Level I and II degrees in Oncology in 2002 and 2010, respectively, at the same school. Dr Do Tuong Huan has also completed multiple advanced training courses, including a certification in sinus endoscopic surgery (2009-2010); a postgraduate course as part of BNP Paribas–NCCS Regional Fellowship Programme, National Cancer Centre of Singapore (2010-2011); ENT Diagnostic Endoscopy (2015-2016); General Endoscopic Surgery (07/2016 – 09/2016); and Endoscopic Thyroidectomy (2016). In addition, Dr Huan regularly published papers on his research. “Cervical lymph nodes metastasis from unknown primary site: epidemiology-diagnosis-treatment” appeared in the Ho Chi Minh City Journal of Medicine, Volume 6, Supplement 4, (2002); “Surgery for early stage nasal skin cancer” was printed in Vietnam Journal of Oncology, Volume 1, (2010); “Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap in head and neck reconstruction” was printed in Vietnam Journal of Oncology, Volume 4 (2013). Dr Tuong Huan has more than 20 years of experience in oncology and has performed thousands of successful head, neck and thyroid surgeries. Dr Tuong Huan has extensive expertise in treating both benign tumours and cancers of the head and neck area, including thyroid nodules and thyroid cancers; parotid tumours, parotid gland cancers; benign submandibular gland tumours, submandibular cancers; skin cancer of the head and neck region; branchial cleft cyst; thyroid cyst; soft tissue tumours of the neck; cervical lymph node metastasis; laryngeal cancer; and oral cancers of the lips, tongue and gums. Dr Tuong Huan is committed to helping patients with head and neck cancer start their fight against cancer gently and experience few sequelae following treatment so that they can return to their normal lives as quickly as possible. Dr Do Tuong Huan formerly held positions at HCMC Oncology Hospital (1999–2017) and Vinmec Central Park International General Hospital (2017–2020).
