Prof. Nguyen Duy Sinh graduated with a Medical Doctor Degree in 1998, going on to obtain a Specialization Degree Level I in Oncology in 2004, and a Masters in Medicine in Oncology in 2008, all from the University of Medicine, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). He then went on to obtain a PhD in Life Science, from Yamanashi University, Japan in 2016. Coupled with his postgraduate education in Japan, Prof. Nguyen Duy Sinh has also participated in many advanced training courses concerning radiation treatment in Japan, Switzerland, and Germany. With over 20 years of experience, Prof. Nguyen Duy Sinh has become a specialist in the research and treatment of cancer. In addition to the role of doctor, he has also worked as a lecturer at the University of Medicine, Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, he has spent time working at the Radiology Department, Oncology Hospital, HCMC (1998-2013), and the Vinmec Centre Park Hospital, HCMC (2017-2019). Furthermore, Prof. Nguyen Duy Sinh was the translator of the best seller book, The Emperor of All Maladies. Since 2020, Prof. Duy Sinh joined FV Hospital and has become a senior doctor of FV‘s Hy Vọng Cancer Care Centre. Prof. Nguyen Duy Sinh is specialized in cancer treatment, having obtained considerable research and experience in radiation treatment for head and neck cancer, liver and lung cancer, and hereditary cancer. Over the years, Prof. Duy Sinh has treated a range of oncological conditions for numerous patients. In doing so, he has help them recover from pain, overcome their condition and return to a normal life. FV knows with his expertise, Prof. Nguyen Duy Sinh will be integral in supporting in the diagnosis, treatment and care for cancer patients at FV’s Hy Vong Cancer Care Centre.
