From 15th March 2021, Dr Vo Cong Minh was officially appointed to the position – Head of ORL Department of FV Hospital. Dr Vo Cong Minh graduated from the University of Medicine, Ho Chi Minh City. He continued following his residency program and first postgraduate program specialising in ORL – Head and Neck Surgery from 2002 to 2005. Dr Minh was a student of excellence who was honoured to achieve worthy diplomas in both training programmes. He obtained his Master Degree of Science in Medicine in 2010 from the University of Medicine, Ho Chi Minh City. Dr Minh continued his in-depth training and gained certification in Facial Plastic Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2004, ORL Endoscopy Surgery from Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy in 2009, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Skull Base Surgery at the University of North Carolina in 2015, Head and Neck Cancer Surgery Observational Experience from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2015. Dr Minh has been practicing at ORL Department of HCMC University Medical Centre since 2007. During this time, in addition to his role as Senior Doctor in the ORL Department, he is a highly skilled surgeon in rhinology and skull base surgery. He is known for his significant experiences in practicing most otology surgery – head and neck and has made valuable contribution to medical research in the ORL Department. We believe that under the leadership of Dr Vo Cong Minh, FV Hospital ORL Department will continue developing and maintaining its high standards of care in line with JCI standards.
