Dr Ngo Viet Thang graduated from University of Medicine, Hue in 2010 and achieved his Master Degree in General Surgery from this university in 2014. Dr Ngo Viet Thang has participated in many advanced training courses including: Basic Laparoscopic Surgery (2015), Laparoscopic Gastrointestinal Surgery (2015). Endoscopic Thyroidectomy (2015), Hepato-Biliary – Pancreatic surgery (2018). With over 10 experience years and specialised skills in Laparoscopic Gastrointestinal Surgery as well as Abdominal Wall Hernia repair by laparoscopy, Dr Ngo Viet Thang has successful treated many cases. In the past, Dr Ngo Viet Thang worked at Hue Central Hospital and Hue University Hospital (2010-13), Minh Thien General Hospital, Quang Nam (2013-14 & 2015-17), Quang Ngai General Hospital (2014 & 2015), Vinmec Times City International Hospital (2017-20). In 2021, Dr Ngo Viet Thang officially joined in FV Hospital, General Surgery Department. We hope that through his talent and dedication, Dr Ngo Viet Thang will help to treat FV patients well and develop the FV Hospital General Surgery Department in the future.
