Dr Nguyen Thi Kim Huong graduated from University of Medicine, Ho Chi Minh City in 2007 and achieved her Specialisation Degree Level I – Internal Medicine in 2017. Dr Kim Huong has previously worked in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine of Purpan University Hospital, Toulouse, France for many years and continued to study many in advanced training courses that related to her specialty including: Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (2013), Rheumatic Diseases (2014), Paediatric Rheumatology (2015), Imaging in Rheumatic Diseases (2019) of EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism) With 14 years of experience and high specialisation in Autoimmune diseases, minimally invasive musculoskeletal interventions and Viscosupplementation treatment for osteoarthritis, Dr Kim Huong has successfully treated many patients for rheumatology diseases, pain relief and improve their movement ability. In the past, Dr Kim Huong worked in the role – the Deputy Head of Rheumatology Department, Nguyen Tri Phuong Hospital (2008-10 and 2014-now), Consultant for Than Dan Hospital (2014-21), Medic Centre (Since 2016). In 2021, Dr Kim Huong decided to join FV Rheumatology Department in the role as Senior Consultant in this department. Dr Kim Huong hopes that she can bring many safe and effective treatment methods for rheumatology diseases.
