JELLY WITH GELATINE – RECIPE FOR 6 GLASSES (REGULAR DIET) Jelly cola Jelly lemon Jelly coffee Jelly tea 1 litre of sugar-free cola drink 25 g of gelatine 1 litre of water 25 g of gelatine 25 g of sweetener 15 g of fresh lemon juice 1 litre of water 25 g of gelatine 20 g of sweetener 16 g of instant coffee powder without sugar (1 bag of instant coffee) 1 litre of water 25 g of gelatine 20 g of sweetener 1.5 g of green tea (1 bag of green tea) Preparation method Wash your hands with soap. Prepare the utensils. Prepare the ingredients by following the above recipes: water, gelatine, sweetener and flavour. Start preparing the jelly: Pour the gelatine into water and stir well; Boil the mixture and keep stirring until the gelatine is completely dissolved; Pour flavour (sugar-free cola drink / lemon juice / instant coffee powder/ green tea bag) into the mixture. Notices: For jelly cola: open the sugar-free cola can and let the gas evaporate for 15 minutes in free air before using; For jelly tea: put the tea bag into the mixture and let it diffuse for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag. Add the sweetener and mix well. Pour equally into 6 glasses (150 mL /glass). Put a plastic lid and a label on each glass. Write on the label: The full name (e.g. Jelly cola); The date of preparation (e.g. Mfg: 20/12); The date of expiration (e.g. Exp: 23/12). Keep the jelly in the fridge until serving.
