At FV Hospital, our culinary team is committed to providing meals that are both appetising and suitable with the patient diet regime. Patients are served three main meals a day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner and 2 snacks in the room.

Our menus are varied, featuring a wide selection of Asian and Western dishes to suit different tastes.

Standard Menu

Inpatients are served 03 main meals and 02 light snacks (including beverages) every afternoon and evening. The menu is diverse, featuring a wide range of Asian and Western options to suit most tastes.

Nutritional Regimes

Our chefs and culinary team work closely with dieticians and doctors to ensure that patient nutritional regimes are prescribed, communicated and strictly complied with to ensure good and fast recovery for every patient.

Special Dietary Requirements

For patients with specific preferences or needs—such as vegetarian, vegan, halal diets, pregnancy nutrition, or medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, or food allergies—our culinary team will design customised menus tailored to each individual patient.

Children’s Menus

Menus for children feature age-appropriate portions, ensuring they receive the necessary nutrition for healthy development.

For children who are picky eaters or have specific medical conditions requiring customised meals, our chefs and culinary team will follow the doctor’s instructions to prepare suitable meals. Parents can be assured that their child’s nutritional needs are well cared for at FV Hospital

A la Carte Ordering

With FV Hospital’s à la carte dining service, patients may choose meals according to their personal preferences, similar to a hotel experience. Our internal management system also enables the culinary team to adjust seasoning levels and ingredients as needed, ensuring meals are safe, medically appropriate, and free from allergens.
