JCI Accreditation (Joint Commission International)

JCI accreditation is considered the gold standard in hospital quality assessment and is recognised by leading healthcare institutions worldwide. It is awarded by an independent accreditation body and evaluates over 1,000 criteria across clinical care, operational processes, and risk management.

FV first achieved JCI accreditation in 2016 and has maintained it for four consecutive cycles, demonstrating a long-term commitment to safe, internationally accredited healthcare.

HAS Accreditation (Haute Autorité de Santé)

First hospital in Vietnam to achieve France’s international HAS quality certification, establishing European clinical standards from the outset.

FV Hospital was the first hospital in Vietnam to achieve HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé) accreditation, one of the world’s most rigorous and respected healthcare quality frameworks, issued by the French National Authority for Health.

As a result, FV became the first hospital in Vietnam to hold an international healthcare accreditation.

Baby-Friendly Hospital Accreditation

Recognised by Vietnam’s Ministry of Health, adhering to WHO/UNICEF standards.

FV Hospital holds Baby-Friendly Hospital (BFH) accreditation, a global programme initiated by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and recognised by Vietnam’s Ministry of Health.

This certification recognises FV’s commitment to best practices in supporting mothers before, during, and after birth, with a particular focus on promoting breastfeeding from the earliest hours of a newborn’s life.

Westgard QC Sigma Verification Certification

Certified by Westgard QC (USA), a global leader in laboratory quality control.

FV Hospital’s Laboratory and Blood Bank Department has achieved Sigma Verification of Performance (Sigma VP) certification, awarded by Westgard QC, a globally recognised authority in laboratory quality control.

This certification confirms that FV’s laboratory meets the highest international quality standards, delivering accurate and consistent results in diagnosis and treatment.

ISO 15189 Accreditation

Awarded by Bureau Veritas and VILAS (Vietnam Laboratory Accreditation Scheme).

FV Hospital’s Laboratory and Blood Bank Department holds ISO 15189 accreditation, the international standard for medical laboratories. This certification ensures highly accurate and reliable test results for effective diagnosis and treatment.
