Dr Nguyen Quang Trong graduated from the University of Medicine, Tay Nguyen, Buon Me Thuot City in 1988 and went on to further obtain a Specialization Degree Level I from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine in 2009. Dr Quang Trong has also participated in many advanced training courses in the field of Imaging in both Vietnam and abroad. These include Imaging Consultancy, General Ultrasound, Gynaecological Ultrasound, Cardiac Ultrasound and MRI training, in Tours, France between 2004 to 2005. In addition, Dr Quang Trong has taken part in the teaching of many ultrasound courses at Pham Ngoc Thach University, HCMC and also held the role of General Secretary of Vietnamese Society of Ultrasound in Medicine (VSUM). With over 30 years of experience as an Imaging Consultant, Dr Nguyen Quang Trong, with his dedication and expertise, has helped to diagnose precisely and safely the conditions of countless patients through ultrasound images. Dr Nguyen Quang Trong worked at Pham Ngoc Thach Hospital between 1991 to 2001, and An Binh Hospital between 2001 to 2010. From 2010, Dr Nguyen Quang Trong went on to become a doctor at the Imaging Department of FV Hospital. With the trust of patients, colleagues and FV’s Board of Directors, from July, 4th, 2020 to November, 1st, 2020, Dr Nguyen Quang Trong has been appointed as the Acting Head of Imaging Department of FV Hospital. We hope that with the role as a leader of the department and his specialized experience, Dr Nguyen Quang Trong will be successful in leading the Imaging Department team in providing the most effective imaging consultations and treatment.
