From 1 January 2026, FV Hospital applies 100% Social Insurance (BHYT) benefits for outpatient services, inpatient treatment, and emergency care, in accordance with regulations issued by Vietnam Social Security. Outpatient Benefits (Including Emergency Care) Patients are entitled to 100% SI benefits for outpatient services when one of the following conditions is met: You have registered FV Hospital as your Primary Healthcare Facility. You have a valid referral letter from another healthcare provider. You are seeking medical care in an emergency situation (no referral needed). Your diagnosis is listed in Appendix 2 of Circular No. 01/2025/TT-BYT (effective 01/01/2025) issued by the Ministry of Health. Inpatient Treatment Benefits FV Hospital applies 100% of the SI entitlement level for all inpatients with valid insurance, helping to optimize financial benefits and reduce the cost of care. Coverage conditions for SI Reimbursement Medical procedures and technical services approved by Vietnam Social Security for FV Hospital and eligible under Social Insurance regulations. Medical supplies and medications are covered according to SI payment regulations. Patients are responsible for the difference between the service price charged by FV Hospital and the SI reimbursement rates, along with any costs outside outside the SI scope of coverage. Benefits for Cancer Patients Cancer patients at FV receive 100% SHI benefits (within the SHI coverage scope) when they meet one of the following conditions: Registered FV as their Primary Healthcare Facility Diagnosed with a cancer on the priority list in Appendix 2 of Circular 01/2025/TT-BYT Hold a valid referral letter Have contributed to SHI for 5 consecutive years and had co-payments exceeding 6 months of the reference wage in the year SI-covered cancer services at FV At FV Hospital, SHI covers a range of advanced medical services and specialty medications approved for use at our facility: Diagnostics Lab tests, pathology, and imaging — including advanced services such as CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine.
