Most comprehensive screening programmes typically take approximately 4 to 6 hours to complete. We recommend setting aside a full morning for your appointment.

Please fast (no food or sugary drinks) for at least 8–10 hours prior to your appointment to ensure accurate blood test results (specifically for Glucose and Cholesterol). You may drink plain water.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. For treadmill stress tests (if applicable), bring running shoes.

Most results are available on the same day. Your doctor will review the results with you during your consultation. Some specific tests (like Pap smears or complex lab cultures) may take a few days longer.

All packages include a consultation with a specialist. If an abnormality is detected (for example, in a lung CT or CAD screening), the doctor will recommend follow-up or additional evaluation immediately — so you don’t have to wait or repeat tests.
