Your psychologist will take the time to understand your concerns, screen for psychological or psychiatric conditions, and, where needed for children and adolescents, recommend psychological testing. From there, a personalised plan is designed, whether that is individual therapy, family therapy, or parental counselling, and you are walked through what to expect next. Follow-Up Sessions Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Family therapy sessions are typically 90 to 120 minutes. The pace and direction of therapy are guided by your needs and progress, not a fixed schedule. When a referral is needed When no clear physical cause has been identified for a patient's symptoms, or when a condition requires combined medical and psychological management, our team works closely with psychiatry, neurology, internal medicine, and other departments at FV to ensure a complete and coordinated response. —
