Please follow the guidance of our security team upon entry. Drop-off zones are available directly in front of the Lobby. Patient Registration Registration is required for first-time visitors to open a medical file. This can be done at the Front Office or A&E. Our Front Office/Reception staff will guide you to complete these procedures quickly and simply. Documents Required (Bring One): National ID Card (CCCD), Passport, or Birth Certificate (for children). Insurance Card (if applicable). Level 2 identified VNeID account with integrated Health Insurance card information. You will need to sign the Patient Registration Form and Consent for Outpatient Treatment Form. I prefer to use a family member as my interpreter. Is that allowed? You may use a family member as your interpreter, as long as that person is at least 18 years old. Children younger than age 18 are not allowed to interpret or translate in health care settings. How can I ask for language services? The best time to ask for language services is before you come see us, if possible. If you tell us about your language needs before your visit, that helps us make sure we have the right people in place to meet your needs. When you book an appointment, our consultation staff will proactively ask about your need for interpretation services to book a parallel appointment: booking the doctor and the interpreter simultaneously. Special Assistance Care FV Hospital is one of the few hospitals with a Front Office team providing services specifically for special needs customers. We have wheelchairs and staff to assist customers with mobility difficulties or elderly customers without accompanying relatives.If you come to hospital alone with walking difficulty, don’t worry.
